The idea behind Execraft originated from our founder's own bad experiences with trying to source, hire, and manage dozens of different types of professional service vendors over the years. After extensive market research and gaining key insights from his friends, family, and business owners, he quickly learned that despite the amazing advances in technology, including AI, the vast majority of customers were still experiencing the same old problems when trying to coordinate service work. The problems include, but are not limited to, excessive time wasted sourcing (e.g., internet searches, phone calls, emails), difficulty finding the "right fit" vendor, price gouging, low quality work, missed schedules, poor customer service, inadequate communication, lack of trust and follow through, and vendor matching websites that are simply not reliable or dependable. 

Execraft has set out to solve these problems by developing  a solution that allows its customers to request virtually any professional service while working with only a single point of contact. By leveraging our founder's 25+ years of experience working in business, technology, and manufacturing,  Execraft has crafted an executive-level system that eliminates the friction and frustration that many of us experience when trying to hire third party service vendors for our homes and businesses. A key part of our proprietary solution is a carefully curated private vendor network that we utilize based upon our clients unique preferences and scopes of work. The main ingredients in our secret sauce are quite simple: treat people how we like to be treated, build strong relationships, and our drive to sustain and continually improve our private vendor network so we can continue to deliver brilliant services to our clients.
