Execraft provides professional service coordination and vetting support. We help clients identify, evaluate, and engage independent third-party service providers. Execraft does not perform the underlying services and is not a service provider.

2. What Execraft Is Not

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Execraft is not a marketplace and does not list vendors for open bidding
• Execraft is not a concierge service and is not a general contractor
• Execraft is not a lead-generation or referral website
• Execraft clients do not select providers from a public directory
• Execraft does not perform, supervise, or control third-party services
• Execraft does not directly represent service providers
• Execraft does not take custody of people, goods, or property

3. Third-Party Service Providers

All service providers identified or introduced by Execraft are independent third parties. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the provider. Execraft does not guarantee, warrant, or insure any services performed by third-party providers.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Execraft is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from services performed by third-party providers
• Execraft is not responsible for property damage, personal injury, delays, disputes, or failures related to third-party services

Your sole remedy for service-related issues is with the provider you hire.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Execraft, its owners, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your engagement of third-party service providers
• Services performed by third-party providers you hire
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

6. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Conducting your own independent due diligence before hiring any provider
• Entering into contracts directly with service providers
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, permits, and insurance requirements

7. Fees

Execraft may charge coordination or advisory fees for its services. Fees are for coordination and vetting support only, not for the performance of services by third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Execraft and may not be used without written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

Execraft may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
